The traditional solution, creation of a centralized aggregated store, is fraught with concerns of privacy and security.HIEBus™ offers an innovative solution that facilitates highly performant data access without any centralized aggregation. The HIEBus™ Adapters in an exchange acquire clinical data from peers only after being advised by the RLS of an established clinical relationship shared with the patient. The data is sent directly amongst adapters and cached for a configurable period of time based on local requirements and policies. The right information for the right patient at their right time.
